How do I set up service?

Once you have spoken with dogMa owner Alesha Schmale to discuss your pet care needs, an appointment will be set up between you and your sitter. At this appointment, you will show the sitter everything your pets need to be comfortable during your absence. Also at this meeting, you will be asked to sign a contract and give the sitter a key to your house.
How do I know my pet and home will be safe?

All pet sitters who work with dogMa are true animal lovers. They will treat your pets and home as they treat their own while following your normal routine as closely as possible so you return home to happy, healthy pets! In addition, all sitters have had criminal background checks and are fully insured and bonded through dogMa.
How can I be sure my sitter will show up as promised?

dogMa uses a sophisticated scheduling software program that e-mails schedules to sitters daily. The program also e-mails you reminders of scheduled services when they are scheduled and again about 4 days before the service begins. This gives you the chance to double-check that all visits are scheduled correctly.

Can I get updates about my pets while I am away?

Yes! You should always feel free to call your sitter, whether you are away on vacation or just working a long day. Some clients request text or e-mail updates instead. 

How can I pay for service?
dogMa accepts Visa, MasterCard, checks, or you can pay online through PayPal.

Do you have references?
Yes, dogMa has many satisfied clients who have offered to serve as references. Names and numbers will gladly be provided upon request.
